Financials After Divorce Services

Financial Remedy in Divorce or separation is the term used for the process that defines how the split of marital assets are negotiated (by consent) or ordered by a judge when divorcing in England and Wales.

Financial Remedy in Divorce orders are applied for by parties who cannot agree how to legally separate their marital finances.

Financial Remedy in Divorce orders often involve pressurised negotiation processes with family lawyers (such as solicitors and barristers) and it's easy for legal bills to spiral out of control if you choose to use solicitors.

We also offer services for will drafting and power of attorneys - CONTACT US

About Us

Jane is a professional McKenzie Friend based in Teesside and she can support a litigant in person to achieve successful outcomes in child contact and final divorce financial hearings.

Jane is experienced in helping parents with their child contact and divorce financial order hearings and has observed a wide range of different scenarios unfold in family courts.

Typically legal aid is not available for divorce financial order hearings. Most of my clients want a professional alternative rather than paying extortionate solicitor fees.

Jane is always solution focused in the family court advice she provides, looking for opportunities to support reaching resolutions as quickly and fairly as possible in divorce finance disputes.

Jane provides an alternative service to that of a family law solicitor.

Many of her clients feel lawyers seek to amplify and extend conflict and client's often contact Jane after they have already incurred high bills with little progress

Jane frequently turns that situation around, for a fraction of the cost.
